CANCELLATION POLICY

A 24-hour (48 for Microblading) phone cancellation through our main office line (253)988-9717 (call or text), is required to cancel or reschedule a service appointment.

Appointments canceled the same day or without a 24-hr notice (including weekends and holidays), are subject to a missed appointment fee of $25.

Why we Require a 24 Hour Notice for facial or massage therapy:

please note that for any service booked, your  AESTHETICIAN is reserving your appointment time, exclusively for you, and they will not accept another appointment at that time, unless you cancel. If you “pre-purchased” a package (series, membership or maintenance package), the discounts you receive are for your benefit, and the purchase of the series does not compensate the technician until they perform the work for you.

​Permanent cosmetics and Microblading

Appointments are required, no walk-ins.

Please read our client services policies prior to booking an appointment.

Deposits:

$50 nonrefundable deposit is required for all Microblading and Permanent make-up. A deposit must be placed within 3 days of booking, or the appointment will be canceled. Deposit will be used towards the total service price. Deposit may be transferred to a future appointment, if the client needs to reschedule and gives 48 hour notice. Deposit will be forfeited if less than 48 hour notice to reschedule is given.​

Late Cancellations:

If less than 24 hours (48 hours for Microblading or Full Sets) notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment is given, any deposits placed will be forfeited.

No Shows:

If less than 6 hours or no notice is given, client is considered a no show and 50% of the service total will be charged.
